Hello everyone, i have been trying to master the workflow with my MPC 2000Xl & Logic Pro 9 for some time and im getting very close to getting a steady workflow down but i am still not there yet.
Here is my dilemma
I cant bounce/export my project onto my desktop correctly,
Of course i know where the button and tabs for bouncing and exporting are in Logi Pro 9 but something appaers to be wrong with the audio/mp3 file i end up with.
1 track in logic is a 16 bar track of chops i have sequenced on the MPC, the rest of the tracks are software instruments from logic.
I am using the MPC as a midi controller so i can take advantage of the software instruments inside of Logic 9,
i.e.
trk-1 is the chops i have arranged in a 16 bar track, created on the MPC
trk-2 is a snare from a logic drum kit
trk-3 is a kick drum from a Logic drum kit
trk-4 is a synth bass from Logic
Essentially the only trk that isnt a Logic Software Instrument is trk 1-which is the chops i arranged from a sample not from logic(sampled from a record)
My end result is i get all the tracks to come thru except for the audio track that contains the chops, also the midi /software instruments tracks i do get seem to be off on the timing and i noticed the actual recordings are named something different than what the actual instruments i have used are
All i want to have is the project(all tracks) converted into one audio track-no stems just one track
Also should i be bouncing or exporting to achieve this? Any help is always appreciated, didnt find much on the forum about this
