That would be nice, but I think the iMPC people are a different company. They probably do not share technology with each other. This is a cut throat business for sure. SMH. Inbrandmusic does not have a clue on what they are doing. They should combine all the technology they have in all these companies and create some monster devices.

They have to work together in some capacity because the impc opens Mpc Ren & Studio programs. Then in reverse the Ren/Studio opens impc projects. Who knows how much information is traded though.

The new impc video workflow is literally looks like a modern mpc 1000/2500.

Everyone has different things they want to see fixed/implemented.

They seem to be a very small development team, and do not seem to fit in that many things with each update. I would be surprised if most users were satisfied.

I would guess that a lot of time has been spent on a few major changes, such as changes to the mixer and multiprocessor operation, and that those major changes might introduce more problems.

plus they have to consider O.S. changes going on with MAC. I can wait for it to be done right.

dude you are so confusing to me, for someone who doesn't own a ren or studio, has never used the software, you've got the most invested in this forum out of anyone.

seriously i can't figure you out, you've got 3 styles of posts. most of the time you just post images. sometimes you post text, usually making jokes about vintage mode or how 1.7 features should have been 1.0 (but you've admitted that you've never used 1.anything, or vintage mode, or a ren or studio at all, and your make or break question that you asked the forum after weeks of your trolling was to do with pre-baked midi sequences :hmmm: ). and the third type of post is when you advertise other music products, like posting the maschine price break or pointing users towards roland midi keyboards.

who do you work for? what are your motivations? what in the heck keeps bringing you back here to troll a forum about a product you don't own?

  He thinks Akai and MPC Software/controllers are so shit, but then says he is thinking of buying an MPC Studio! :hmmm: :Sigh:

Most of his posts seem to be on some lame tough guy trip.

I mean this in the nicest way possible but,

I hope 1.7 just shuts everyone up. I hope that the REN becomes as stable and reliable as it should be and everyone can just go back to making music. Quit worrying about if people hate it or love it, it's a fuking machine that makes music; use it to the best of its abilities and fuk everything/everyone else.
