What kind of Casio keyboard is this?

Me and my flatmates in Cali used to have a battered one of those in our kitchen. The sounds are god awful on it. So maybe they can be circuit bent. New EPROMs? I have no idea. I never opened one up. Or maybe dude is just running it through good FX.

Never been to Naan and curry. Always wanted to. There's that Irish Pub off of Haight street that serves good curry fries. They're a Liverpool pub. Where do you reside now?

I ended up back in WNY. I miss the Bay dearly.

I'm in my early 40's and I remember those particular Casios and smaller similar ones being sold in K-Mart and catalog stores that you went to a counter at, and they would bring the goods out to you.

They never had the Casios like the FZ-1 and the VLZ there, just the booty ones with samba presets and all that.

But I bet I passed over MT-40's in those stores or at least a Guitar Center. I didn't know at 14 years old that was the one that Jammy used to set off digital dancehall riddims on "Sleng Teng" RIP Wayne Smith. But that riddim is the straight rock preset on that one. Now they trade for a lot. And one small firm specializes in modded ones that kick more bass with finer controls.

I actually OWNED the exact little shitbox Casio.
