You're talking about tracking out your sequences/tracks versus resampling a song within the MPC and exporting?
In the former case you're gonna want to use MIDI and track through your DAW either via the main outs one at a time (which is what I do) or simultaneously through the assigned mix outs (4 tracks at a time). If you don't have a mixer I would recommend main outs. Having an audio interface would help, something simple like M Audio 2496 either PCI or USB would be sufficient for this. Technically it would be possible to just use your standard computer audio card but you would need 1/4" to 3.5mm converters, MIDI to USB converter, etc. Getting a decent interface would be a better way to go in my opinion especially in the long run. Outputs from the main outs (assuming no mixer) go into the inputs, and MIDI is connected to sync within the DAW with DAW being set as master and MPC set as slave using MIDI Clock. You would then use the transport within the DAW to control the MPC, hitting record and tracking out your sequences.
