Bug reports & end-user support for Akai's MPC Software 'controllers' including the new MPC Studio 2, the MPC Touch, MPC Renaissance & original MPC Studio and MPC StudioB lack.

Hello

I bought MPC Renaissance because of workflow, easy to lead samples and create midi tracks for external gear. But the problem is that is really bad as midi sequencer, drops signal etc... I have MPC 500 which is laying around not doing much. Could i program tracks in MPC Renaissance and export them to MPC500 for gigs?

Thanks

Patryk

Also one thing to think about is the 12 vs 16 matrix.
If your goal is to use something in the 500 build it on the 12 matrix not the 16 when working on other MPs.

If you have a separate MIDI interface, maybe you could try that as your MIDI interface for MPC Software, instead of the built in Renaissance MIDI ports, in case the problems are with the Renaissance MIDI driver, rather than MPC Software itself.
