Mpc studio hardware installation error

hey all!
Just today I purchased a mpc studio, and all would sounds nice and great if I wont have a problem with hardware driver installation. Following through all the steps instruction says to firstly install the driver then connect mpc, I cannot even install the driver, not saying bout connecting mpc cuz of that... error I recive is, just when trying run an installer from autorun mode, or windows explorer, I recived an error "Failed to launch installer. Please try again." the same error on 2 different OS laptops, both windows, first win 7, second win 8.1. Anyone has met with such problem before? Im begging for help, or ill have to return mpc and go for older ones cuz of this problems;(

Can you get to the InstallMPC.exe that is on the CD?

Try downloading the latest version of MPC Software, from the akaipro.com website, and install from that instead of the supplied installation DVD.

No point of tolling lol, asking because the installer does not even start, after menu from the disc is started, and I want to install hardware first as it is written on atached instruction, so in menu window where I could choose from 3 diff options only one is highlighted and it is hardware drivers installation, so i press "install hardware driver" then I am getting an error msg saying "Failed to launch installer. Please try again."
Today I called akai, they told me to register product, download software from website, tried to do that, registered mpc, and found out that, what is provided on website are only drum content, the bank, and the 809 no actual drivers to run mpc, no hardware driver, cannot even connet a mpc with pc because of that, so i cannot start it. Im asking what a problem is, if the same thing happens on 2 laptops, both high spec hardware, one win 8.1 second win 7.

On the websie are only drum content, the bank, the 809, no actual hardware drivers, or softwere drivers, only 2 gb of wav files, tagged as mpc software..., thats not what i need, and yeah there is loads of different updates for softwere, but not actual full version driver, that could help with desktop installation...

If there is a hardware driver for mpc studio provided somewhere online, can I ask you where i have to look for it because even google does not help

after registration
there is no such a drivers download provided, only drum content which is 2 gb of wav files, the bank and the 809 extension, and a lot of updates, no actual full driver, i need full hardware driver, because i cannot even connect mpc, if there is one on a off website can you provide me a link ? i cant find it anywhere there,

- go to the MPC Software page on the akaipro.com website, click on the Docs & Downloads tab...

- click on the MPC Software [v1.6] PC link, to download the latest version of the MPC Software installer

- run the MPC Software [v1.6] PC update installer, install the drivers, install the software

The hardware driver is installed using the standard installer from akaipro.com. When you launch the installer application, there are options to install the actual MPC software, and an option to install the actual hardware driver.

Finally installed a driver, thank you. Now if you could help me with content instalation, to which location should i copy mpc drum content and mpc loop library to make them visible for my mpc, cuz now content its not visible in mpc software, i got it downloaded on desktop.
