I've been running lately into power shortages in my (bedroom-) studio.
Too many amps and other power consuming devices hooked up and the fuse comes popping out.
From what I have seen, in Europe, we usually have 10A on a fuse. Overshooting that will make it pop. Obviousley, you can run at around 7-8A steady, but a little peak (e.g. girlfriend in the other room turning on the light or tv) makes it reach the 10A threshold.
So I've listed all my devices and their power consumption on paper to make it possible to always only run the ones that I really need. However, some things just NEED to run together to keep up a certain workflow.
Help my guys, how do you deal with that? called-in the electrician "I need more power"? or joined another 10A from another room, but then you got the hum in the picture..?
