Drum n Bass

I'm trying to get into this genre of music and I'd like to know the basics like, who's considered to be the Pete Rock, Premo, Madlib, Dilla etc. of the genre, you know, and who's currently hot right now.

I like Roni Size and Dillinja's cool.

Depends on the strain of D&B. You've got 'commercial' giants like Shy FX, DJ Hype and Andy C. This is the sort of D&B I used to get my skank on to.

Dillinja is cool. Love the Never Believe track from Human Traffic.

I really like the sounds and arrangements Roni Size is using.

And I'm looking more of the grimy stuff, like above.

I Gew up in the Happy Hardcore/Jungle era, was a massive Junglist in my teenage days before it went soft and turn into D&B. Any how some of my favourite Jungle tunes

Have to check those out tomorrow when I've sobered up.
