So if I understand right, now the tracks are as subgroup mixer buses in a DAW, and the program mixer acts as normal mixer channels across all the sequences?

Art James wrote:Tracks get bounced individually. So if your sequence has 10 tracks, and you use the explode track export option, you will get 10 audio files; one for each track, even if all 10 tracks use the same program. Or you can bounce each program as stems. Whatever you want to do. Because the audio is now on the program side instead of the track side, any adjustment you make to any program or pad fader or plugin will happen in every sequence that program, pad and insert is used. So there is no more jumping back between sequences to adjust things except for actual track settings (ie track names, track types).

What problems do you have reading snd files? They load fine for me from my xl. There were some improvements made loading .aps files. Before they wouldn't load samples to pads. Now they do.

Ah. Maybe we can see if we can get it added to the software.
DJ Hellfire wrote:No. For one, your first five drums sounds need to be exploded to separate tracks after recording. Second, you can't use five Kontakt sounds on one track. So you need to make 5 tracks here as well. Then when you export, all tracks will be stemmed.

why wouldn't the primary track be replaced with first pad. instead of leaving it to be deleted manually?

Thanks. Are you guys on a final build yet?
what do u think?

TommyTench wrote:why would you want a global tempo? having separate tempos between sequences is crucial for me when i time stretch. I can determine the tempo of a sample in a separate sequence, find the bpm and stretch to my other sequences' bpm. a global tempo would kill this functionality, no?

I got a external floppy, threw in a MPC60 disk and it only gives me the option to format it? is your 2k files saved as .snd or fat32?

Ok I get that you hav to explode first and settings will be same in program mixer across all seqs but

Track explode is major. Also saw in the notes that you can do the explode in audio export too!
Then you said:
Yes. This now allows you to export multi timbral instruments like Kontakt into individual stems even when using only one instance. Probably one of my favorite new features.
What did you mean then if I still hav to hav multi track for Kontakt ?

Mine are .snd.
