Oh! You cannot automate all pads at once. It was a very huge undertaking to be able to write so many parameters at one time. My suggestion is to use a filter plugin on your program channel and automate that instead.

Try this way:
1- In the Main screen, on the top, right corner... there is a little square to actvate "Global Automation Mode". Press it to write...
2-Go now to Program Screen... press "Multiple Pads" and then, try to record it.

Just realized it.

He's trying to write pad automation to all 128 pads at one time. This is currently not possible.

Word...is there at least a way to automate a filter one more than one pad? I normally spread chops across no more than 32 pads, and use filter/envelope settings on q link for the whole program, like on the hardware mpc's

What the hell. I can't believe there's not one house producer here that don't miss not being able to control qlink performance controls to all pads in a program. The 4k and the 5k done this with no sweat. I ask about this since 1.0.

You not writing anything but qlink performance. Say for example you sample a bassline or synth. You chop the sample and assign them to pads. In program section you select filtering changes to pads at once instead individual pads. You make a sequence with the pads with the sample. The sample triggered like a keyboard one note at a time. You want to add filter frequency sweeps to track. So you assign a qlink to control the cutoff frequency to all pads. Hit record and record the qlink changes that controls the filters cutoff.

Like pulling the highs or bass out of the channel when your mixing music as a dj..
