wasnt really feelin the sample but i freaked it and came up with this



i also used a few small chops of one of the samples from mpcbb41

lookin forward to hearin who can come up with what based on this sample... should be interesting ???

But your flip sounds great. But is the headroom peaking on purpose?

:worthy: Sorry don´t wan´t to hate, but i just was kind of disappointed, always looking forward to these battles, cause i can relax from the daily hamster wheel and peps like you, heisenberg or saadyah (etc.) always made it interesting ..will try to do something... maybe chinese folklore :-D ( what means... "besides we just got 1.7"???- we got time to figure something out?)

hahaha... well I flipped the samples from #80 and wasn't feeling those.... now you guys can try flipping the style of samples I go after. :lol:

hey no problem buddy... trying your best and trying to make a beat with something you normally wouldn't pick is the whole point. It might make you come up with an idea that can be useful down the road when you are browsing through records...

This sample is better than the last one.Anything with open shots without backing drums,I can flip those type of samples all day long.Got some initial chops done.So that`s a good sign.

Co-sign. Plus, respect th silence too and you got a scary ass beat right at your fingertips! The thing about flippin' classical music is: ideally you have to be sharp with your beat making techniques as well as having some knowledge about music theory. Then it's challenging. Erybody can chop up some Isaac Hayes and put some Breakbeat under it…

Found this one to be tricky, still had a go!

Saw in the description that the sample was from The Omen so themed my beat around that...

yeah I only changed the sample title on there because of the way they titled the track on the OST.

cool, im gonna have to take a listen to these... I wonder if anyone used the copper kettle sounds.
