What Triton do you have?
What CD burning program do you have on pc/mac?

I have a Triton Extreme and I mostly use Sound Forge 7.0
to record a complete track outta the Triton as you described.
I sometimes use SF to burn the Audio CD or I use Nero 6601.

Hook up the Triton main outs (I ONLY use the optical outs on my Extreme)
to the PC soundcard LINE IN.

Open up your wave editor (what wave editor are you using?).
Record into your audio program.
Save as WAV.
Open up up your burning progam, burn AUDIO CD.

There is a 61key classic, 61key Extreme, 61 key LE also.

Tascam CC-222 MKII :
Compatible with CD-R, CD-RW, CD-R-DA, CD-RW-DA media
Discrete stereo analog inputs and outputs on RCA connectors
S/PDIF digital inputs and outputs on both coaxial and optical ports

If you have the Triton Extreme use the OPTICAL OUTS to Tascam OPTICALS INS (no optical cable then use the MAIN OUTS) If you have the Triton Classic/LE use the main outs to Tascam LINE INS. You don't need to use your PC/Musicmatch if you using the Tascam to burn the CD. Seems like you have those 2 choices. Hardware (Tascam) or Software (Musicmatch - which I haven't used in years.) Also, I'm curious, you've been doing this music thing for a while it seems, why haven't you already tackled this avenue?
