[JJOS2XL] Jumping to/switching active track

These are two different questions really:

1. I'm not sure if this is possible, but from the track mute screen, is there a quick way to change the active track without using the cursor keys? This would be nice for playing live with an external MIDI keyboard.

2. On the main screen, can I quickly jump to a track using the pads? Like jump to track 7 by holding [X]+[Pad7]. But I don't know what X is. Again, this would be useful for playing live.

1. in track mute there is a ACTIVE soft key and then you hit pad, no?

2. it's After 2 key, hold it and press a pad, upper tracks you switch with banks

So when I try doing that in track mute, it just (un)mutes the track. Do I have to hold the soft key down or just press it once before hitting the pad?

in mute screen you use the shift button and press a pad at the same time to change active track to the one you press

You can hold the mode and spinn the jog wheel too. shows what track up front. It works in song mode but you can't see the track number there.
