Peace, this is my first post here. I am currently a maschine user that is about to pull the trigger on a Ren at any moment. What is stopping me is not being able to demo one at the moment. The question that I have is about the sample chopping process on the Ren. My current workflow for maschine is as follows...
1. i record the sample into maschine.
2. I duplicate that sample onto all 16 pads.
3. by selecting the appropriate pad I proceed to adjust the start point for each sample on each pad(if I choose to use that many).
What I basically do is chop manually and I wanted to know if this is possible on the Ren? Can i hit a pad and have it show its corresponding waveform. I NEVER use autochop so this is kind of a big deal for me. Thanks
