MPC 1000 Please help

Hi everyone, I just got my mpc 1000, and it's pretty cool but I want the pads to cut off when I stop pressing them.

I've chopped and assigned all the samples to pads but the samples keep on playing after I release each pad.

I've tried setting each one to mono and also going into program and setting the decay to zero but neither seems to work.

Any help really appreciated. Thankyou.

Set them to Note On instead of One Shot.
