How to stop 809 plug in following the active pad.

When i am using the 809 plug, i like to have the beat playing and alter the peramiters live, the only problem is it keeps folling the active pad which makes altering the one pad i want to a little difficult.

Does anyone know how i make it so it just stays on the pad i select while its playing?

I have the same problem - put a post up a few days ago about it and no response of any note so far.

Looks like its a bug if you are having the same problem.

Someone on here must know more, or has a fix.

just had my other thread replied to..... looks like this is the way it was programmed and that's that - people brought this up when the expansions came out and nothing has been done about it at Akai apparently.... so there you go. not much use with the software set up like that - best to use you own 707, 808 909 kits if you want to tweak on the go.
