Pro Tools Losing sync

Anyone elese have this problem?
At times it'll run great with no hiccups,then for some reason when i go to start a new session most of the tracks are out of alignment and it's far too tedious trying to move each track around.
I'm using the XL with P.T 10(won't upgrade until they come out with another version that supports rtas)My interface is the Delta1010Lt and it's routed correctly,using the 8 outs and Midi in 1,Midi Out A.I've tried Midi Clock and MTC but sometimes,one will work and one won't.

Any help is appreciated.

Nevermind,i think i figured it out for now,i'll just have to use Midi Clock and slave the XL to P.T.

Rtas has been completely replaced by AAX, PT will not run RTAS now at all, for all current versions, (11 and up) and into the future.

Looks like you will be stuck on 10. What RTAS plug ins are keeping you from upgrading?

Too many to name.
It's o.k. though,when i get the S6,i'll just use 11 on that and keep this set up how it is.
