Akai MPC Element with Reason Kong-Please help

Hello,I recently purchased my new MPC element and I am trying to make it work with Reason.However,while it syncronizes,the pads are not connected in line and 2 of the pads don't work.I go to the MPC Essentials midi control tab and select the notes from 36 to 51 and the problem is solved BUT the settings are not saved and this works only while i keep the essentials open.If I close the essentials then,the Kong goes back to its previous situation.And every time I open the essentials i have to do the same thing again.Any ideas how I can make it work without essentials,or at least save the settings?

I own reason also and it works with templates if you setup the kong and the MPC just save the template in reason and when ever you want to use The MPC with reason again just open the saved template.
