LOOKING FOR A REPAIRMAN - JOG WHEEL ENCODER

Hello, everyone! I'm new to MPC-Forums! And I'm currently looking for some near SAN JOSE, California to help me replace/repair my Jog wheel encoder, it's obviously broken. Whenever I tried to turn the knobs to each direction the number doesn't go anywhere.. The numbers just kind of bounce off back and forth.
