Can anyone help me? (MK2 software issue).

My intent was not to bother you good folk with Mashine issues - especially so soon - but I am about at my wits end, with what I am presently up against.

Today, I picked up a replacement Mashine MK2, for the previous unit that didn't have an included disk. I thought that I was, now, good to go, at least until I began to travel through the installation process. I DID get the Machine 2, as well as the Mashine 2 Factory Library activated. But I don't know WHERE IN THE WORLD the software might be. The web address, that was listed on the DVD disk package, was where I was directed to. But that link only pulled up information about that page not being found. I have gone everywhere I could think of to try and get what I need, but every attempt was to no avail.

I have no doubt that I will love this Mashine, once I am able to get it going, but I need some help in finding a direction - in time enough where I do not exceed the return period.

Hopefully SOMEONE can steer me.

Well, methinks that I am out of the woods, now - and that a much brighter sun is about to shine.

I have been pounding the mess out of my laptop's keys, in my lengthy researching around the web. It so happens that I DID come across the site that I think the
previously mentioned link crapped out on. I found a site that gave me just what I had been in need of, and I can now (after installation) see life spring into my MK2. I don't know WHY it was such a battle, to get this, and hope that other, new owners don't have to experience it. It is something which could translate into them returning the unit, for refund, due to the fight involved.

So, it seems like I am much closer (and sooner than I thought I'd be) to having fun making music.
