Sorry if this is a known bug, I did a search and couldn't find anything...

So the next seq stuff only seems to be working when I'm actually on that screen now. If I leave that screen it won't trigger the next seq.

Not sure if this is a bug, or just a setting that's been changed somewhere that I can't find?

Any help would be great!

cheers!

yeah i think this is a bug. i remember reading someone saying a while ago that pre 1.6 you could hit a next seq then navigate back to main, or to a mixer and it would still move to the seq you'd selected next. i don't know tho since i've only ever used 1.6, but if i remember right i saw this on the akai community page and i believe a mod replied saying it will be fixed for 1.7. i hope so, it makes overdubbing a little harder than it should be.

thanks for the reply.

I'm pretty sure it is a 1.6 bug yeah. hopefully they get it sorted for 1.7, it kind of makes next seq pretty useless to me

So unless I'm missing something this bug still persists in 1.7.1?

It's pretty annoying tbh.
