Hi all there.
Excuse me for my english, i'm trying my best.
I'm a MPC1000 newbie and i've just found a strange behaviour.
MPC1000BK
Free JJOS 3.16
128Mb Memory.
1Gb Compact flash
On early practice days, i've created an "autoload" folder on compact flash filled with all my favourite samples (4.8Mb total).
Then started creating and saving sequences, songs and so on.
I used to :
- Boot up the MPC
- "Autoload" spots on display and perform samples load.
- Manually load the sequences and the program from LOAD's tree menu and just play.
This happily happened until today.
I've loaded a MIDI sequence file .mid and th MPC suffered a complete crash, forcing me to a power cycle, no errors on display were shown.
After bootup "Autoload" goes as usual, then load sequences and programs, but i've got everything MUTE.
Sequencer's tracks still send midi as they should, and external synths goes great.
I just have no sound at all from samples loaded on internal memory .
Samples are assigned just where they have been saved, as it should be, i can see and scroll them on programs menu and they are assigned to right pads.
The only way to listen to the samples is by scrolling them on Load Page, once assigned they don't play anymore.
To cut a long story short, seems that samples from internal flash memory don't sound at all.
Maybe is a simple function on menu shutted up by mistake, but i can't find it.
I've tried already to install JJOS3.16 again, nope, issue is still there.
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks
