hmm..yea i guess you are right. i know a few chords. scales are a bit harder..i dont know i just like the idea of pressing the pad and the chord i want coming out and not having to learn shit. i mean major/minor chords are easy. but once you start getting into diminished , augmented chords, perfect fifths, 9ths and on and on and on..it just seems kind of too much..and at the end i mean being able to play those will help just a bit. its just like anything. how creative you can get playing those chords. i duno i just wasnt able to do it..but i might try it again. who knowz. regardless it would be agood look for akai to step up their game too. consumers look at all that shit when they do their "research".

it is a pain in da culo to get it right..but i just do it over and over till i get it how i want..

i always leave bpm at 120 and just change the other part lower/higher to how i want it

Transfusor 2 Auto-BPM Detection. Half or Double the Tempo independent of the REN's Tempo? No problem.
