How do you change the Program Inserts from the Renaissances

I am trying to make it so that a can put an effect on the entire program but for some reason I can only do that on the software. Also how can I map the q-links to the inserts that I want? Like how do I open an insert made by akai like a filter and edit it with the q links thx!!!

on hardware

click on program mix twice until it turns yellow. then chose the track you want to add a filter too and that will affect it.

the q links..i dotn know cuz i dont really use em..but hsouldnt be too hard to figure out.

i think ive used it a few times just to try it out

just click on the software and activate the pad you want the q link to affect. then choose the filter you want and press the pad and **** with the q link and it will change the parameters also..
