headphones

just wondering what headphones everyone thinks are the best here.
i just recieved a pair of technics RPDJ1200's for christmas, and they sound simply amazing. i've used sennheisers, they sound pretty good imho, but not the best. I also have a pair of Numark PHX's and they sound average with a shit amplifier, and amazing with a good amplifier, whereas the rest sound decent on shit amps

If vinyl is made out of oil, and in the Emirates you have plenty of it, does that mean it's a good place for diggin records?

i have to wait for holidays each year, then i purchase a hundred or so records in aust and bring em back with me

I'm really happy with my Sennheiser HD-25s. They sound amazing, they fit nice and tight and feel very comfortable, and they are built to last. I've had mine for 3 years and I use 'em every day with my iPod and of course when I DJ. They take a lot of abuse from being carried around all day. I replaced the earpads 2 months ago ($15) and they look as new again. A friend of mine has had his for over 6 years, same story.

For home use I have a pair of Sennheiser HD600s, which sound even better and are the most comfortable headphones I've ever tried, period.

i´m using beyerdynamic dt880.
perfect for mixing and almost no leaking.
