Wav files into mpc

Hi,
I was wondering do I have to convert wav files to an audio file, and sample it to get it into the mpc. Is there an easier way. That seems like a lot of work.

mpcs can read wav files

44khz, 16bit wav files, yes it can read them.
Just place the wav on the disk and load it.

There is always one of the greatest tools to ever grace the mpc >>>>>>>MPC editor.. I chop everything up on the pc save the Regions I created in Soundforge and then assign them to pads in Mpc editor.

I use auto region religiously. Love that feature. SF is my bestest friend.

Hell yea auto region can give you some nice melodies you might have not put together yourself.

basicly like recycle yeh? i dont use soundforge im unfamiliar with it. but i do like the sheen recycle adds to my sounds.

acid are able to render loops and stuff just fine(hey its build for this) - and will work just fine as a converter too ... (SF folks can use some "acid tools" too) the pro 5 has got some neat audio shuffle stuff too + reverse samples on the fly -- very naiiiis !

The ACID and Sound Forge Tools Are A GODSEND

Also try AWAVE Studio i Think its Shareware or Free and Search for the
OLD Goldwave or Cool Edit Both are Free.
