Tracking out to D.A.W without cables with the MPC 1000

I heard there is a way to track out to a D.A.W with your MPC 1000 without cables. First, is this true. Secondly, if so, how is It done?

@OP - A version of JJOS will let you convert a programmed song into a single WAV which you could drag into your computer via USB mode but that ain't "tracking" in the usual sense. Maybe that is what you were thinking of?

You can do the same with the Akai OS, don't need JJOS.

So, your saying that I can create a project? Then, inside the project there are files that I can drag and drop that will turn to wav. files in inside my D.A.W? So your saying that the MPC creates wav. files for each sequence? In addition, when I drag and drop the files will they all line up with the same groove quantization? Or do I have to line them up again once inside the D.A.W.

I'm aware of Midi tracking. I really need a better way though. I use over 30 tracks at a times and I need a faster method than recording each track in by Midi. That's killing my work flow. If I could just grab the sequenced files and drop them in the D.A.W that would save me so much time.

That's because I spoke to a good source of mine via a forum and he
said that you could track out each track to a D.A.W without cables with the MPC 1000 and 2500. And I don't mean dropping the whole song into the D.A.W as one track either. I mean kick, snare, hi hats, bass line, samples, all on there on separate track by dragging and dropping. My question is does the 1000 create separate wav. files for
each track you make. If so that's convenient and hella dope...

No, mpc doesn't automatically create separate tracks.

You can however do... (no specific order)

Option1
seq1/trk1 = kik
seq1/trk2 = snr
seq1/trk3 = hhat

Afterwards, mute each individually and RECORD MAIN OUT and SAVE AS WAV.
So now you have that WAV file on your cf/hdd and can usb transfer it to computer.
Manually mute each one.
It's not automatic at all.

Option2
1k can track 6 mono outputs into daw. 4 individual and then hard pan Left/Right for an extra 2, equaling 6. 6 at once into your daw, you'd have to mute 7 and up and records them in the next recording session while 6 and below are muted.

#2 is traditional and actually faster than 1. Both probably not what you wanted to hear though.

Lmfao, yeah your right. I really was hoping you could just drag them
over. So what good is Akai's Element software if you can't drop separate tracks into it. Does the Renaissance allow you to drag and drop over individual tracks? If so I'll get it today from Sam Ash. My work flow is really suffering here. Lol
