So I'm rapidly finding that the expansion kits (809,etc.) are essentially un-modifiable in any way. I can't adjust any single sample/pad volume, velocity, pitch, etc. on any of the factory kits. Even the 16 level function is useless; it maps the sample across the pads, but they're all full-level and identical. Is this right? Is it because I'm using the kits as plugins? and if so, what's the alternative?

Resample those sounds into your own kit

i guess the question is whether or not these restrictions are intended or if im dealing with a bug of some unique sort. im not crazy about having to piece together a slew of kits as a workaround if they should naturally be working on their own; i'd rather pinpoint the issue than commit to a future of workarounds.
