Filtering panning EQ in my beats

Is filtering panning EQing part of mixing and is there any tutorials where i can learn to apply these to my beats

Filtering, panning, and EQing are definitely very essential in mixing.

Filtering removes unwanted frequencies, EQ either boosts or cuts desired frequencies, and panning helps you position a sound in the stereo field; sometimes panning a sound a bit can help bring it out in the mix.

That is like asking someone to tell you how to improve your painting without actually showing it to them

First balance the levels to where you want them to be heard roughly, then do as Fanu said in the first post.
