A couple years back I just took the faceplate and scanned it. Then reversed the colors so black becomes white on photoshop element 5. Then burn to disk where I took it to kinkos to print on their crack and peel paper. Thats the closest I can get to what you doing, but the 500 is small enough to be scanned on an ink jet.

i bought a new case a year ago and scanned it, so i wouldn't have to mess up my camo style flip one,, then i sanded down the case and primed it, my girl erased the thumb drive i had the image stored on :WTF:

I contacted styleflip to see if they can sell a clear decal with just the standard 500 lettering on it and they said they don't do that.

It seems odd as they have the text already to print on top of whatever image people decide. It would be cheaper too as no ink would be needed for the image as none would be needed. Unless they don't print on clear decals :hmmm: :hmmm: :hmmm:

**** knows. Maybe inflict has that Gimp file kicking about

Decals are awesome nowadays. Not the water dipping kind of the past either. There are new chemicals that make decals look it was painted onto the surface and smooth to touch.

I bought the clear decal paper and inkjeted my image on it. Then carefully cut away the images and apply on the plate. Careful with the decals after applying the agents, they become soggy wet toilet paper so use tweezers and lay them quickly to prevent crumbling.

Plenty of youtube vids, look for any model car decaling video.
