Cant find The Bank and The 809 expansion (mpc studio)

So I've loaded them both up on my laptop and it says they're there on the tab on the left but I can't find them in the plug-ins all I have is Hybrid 3. I've tried re-loading the disks still nothing. need some help,

If you haven't updated them to version 1.3, with the update installers that are included with the MPC Software updates from version 1.3 onwards, then you need to do that.

The plugin versions supplied on the installation DVDs are 32 bit versions, from MPC Software 1.3 onwards, MPC Software defaults to running in 64 bit mode, while the supplied plugins are 32 bit versions, and therefore do not show up.

The options are to update the plugins to 64 bit versions, using the 1.3 MPC Expansion updaters, or run MPC Software in 32 bit mode.

I've upgraded my mpc to the latest version and the plug-ins to the latest version and im still getting no sound. I can find all the samples but they wont play. Please help and thanks

ok after the plug in update I closed my mpc and was able to load the programs in the plug in bank. am I able to access the individual samples on the left side of the screan in the menu? thanks so much
