JJOS3 free or not?

Hi Everybody,
I'm new here....just bought a blue MPC 1000.
The seller told me there is a 120 USD JJOS version.
At home i realized it shows JJOS 3 ver.1.24 at the startup.....but its free as i know!

Am i right?

If you can not save then it has not been paid for and you can only demo this OS.
I believe from memory it is the most recent version. JJOS 3 and XL also have JJOS free in the background, its like a code foundation that the paid versions sit on. You should also make sure the free version is up to date and you can swap OS's from start screen.

So i understand what you say, thats the free version is the foundation. But i see on JJ website that the version 3 is free:

" JJ OS3 is free. (However, it restricts to MPC into which the password of OS2XL is entered.)"

So maybe my english is not as good but i dont understand the sentence in the parenthesis).

Anyway whichone is the best?

OS3 is not free. It's free for use if you paid for osxl. Kind of bundle.
