Hello everyone!

I just bought an mpc element. I work with a macbook pro and ableton live.
I created a sequence in the software mpc essentials.
When I open the mpc essentials software as standalone. I am able to listen to the sequence just by pushing the play button of my mpc element.
Now when I open the plugin in Ableton: I hear each pad sound when I push them individually. But when I want to play the sequence, I press the ableton play button, the plugin seems to react but there is no sound.

Did anyone have the same problem and solve it?

Thanks a lot

this may help you out

I'd like to know this myself, typically with other software plugins I'd create two tracks one midi for the plugin and one audio track and enable monitoring on it to hear plugin's audio. this doesnt seem to apply to ren for whatever reason.

Im thinking maybe mpc ren's stereo outputs need to be physically connected to audio interface if using another interface instead of ren's built in interface ?

This is a video I looked again and again, but it does not change anything.

In ABLETON, the parameters of my mpc midi track are:
MIDI from: all ins and all channels
Monitor: Auto
Audio to: MASTER

All other audio tracks are on, and when I press play, I hear sounds from these tracks, except my mpc midi track.

The MIDI configuration is the following:
Input MPC element (port public): track ON, remote ON
INput MPC element (port 1): track ON

The rest is OFF.

Something I forgot to say:
When I push individually the pad on my mpc element, I see the volume level changing in my mpc plugin and in ableton (the midi track volume and the master volume).
When I play the sequence nothing happens, the volume is always 0.
