I saw that a "new" JJOS2XL was posted for download on january 1st 2015. But on the bug report page it says:
"Change was added to Product ID.
A change of a version is not made."

Having already version 3.45 on my MPC1000, I have a question: should one (or is it important to) replace the former 3.45 version with this january 3.45 "version" (which apparently is not a new version, but sort of the same :hmmm: )

Thanks !

My guess is that JJ just sold so many JJOS licences over the years that he had to change the auth scheme to accept codes that were not inside the "scope" of the old auth scheme :) That or something about the date getting past the year 2014 - maybe JJ never expected to be able to sell JJOS this long and used short-sighted coding strategies somewhere along the way...

Nice update, jj. Couldn't think of anything to do? Why not release the sdk/tools and code to the community so we can implement some new stuff?

Nice feedback there. No appreciaton at all for all stuff jj made?

I guess you can implement your own tools, go for it! Easy and takes no time?

That's a great idea! I cannot imagine why he hasn't done so already? It would make total sense for him to release all of the source code, his tool chain, all of the additional code that he has created over the past 7 years to the public, for free resulting in him no longer making any income from his work. :Sigh:
