newbie recording question

How do I record my mpc studio into something like Audacity or FL studio or any other recording program. I guess I need help on the whole setup. I have a tascam 144 on windows 7. updated drivers. I used to have an mpc 1000 but with the studio there are no audio outputs. how do i record?

i want to record my sequences (tracks) into another DAW from the same computer that the MPC software is on. Do i need to use the audio interface? I need help. Please someone break it down for me

so if your not aware... the manual is in the help menu of your studio.

ok so since you have a studio with no in or outs your not tracking physically through patch cables. instead you will need to bounce/render the tracks from your mp to the daw.

im not going to retype the manual. but fool around with the different bounce options to get what you need.

you will end up with some files in a folder that all you need to do is drag and drop them to your daw.
