Yes indeed. Two Z4s and a Z8 here.
Functionally, the best samplers Akai ever made. Easy to use and understand,
you can assign functions to the q-links to tweak in real time.

I'm sure plenty people will pop up and say, "Doesn't sound as good as...xyz" but they are a real go-to sampler for me.

I used to have a Z8. To this day I regret selling it.

It's what the MPC software needs. Can only imagine that they don't own the IP or something... why else would you not incororate Z-series capabilities into the MPC software?

man they seem to be dope, I bought a Z4 for 100.00 but I haven't connected it yet,been messing with my REN for everything. I do plan on in cooperating it some type of way though. Thanks fellas.

How do you like the ren? Now that the price dropped I've been considering one

I love the Ren, The 4k was my fav but the Ren will overtake it as long as the updates keep coming and remain stable.

Hopefully we see some 4k capabilities in the MPC software. I'm waiting to take the dip to the Ren. Probably when they release a V2. They are adding some nice things to it every release.
