1.8.x bug reports (1.8.0, 1.8.1 & 1.8.2)

Even when you save, they are gone. load up the sample again, chops missing from it. Hits still on the sequencer but question marks next to pad name.

use the VST & it saves the settings, use the AU on input effecrts for recording & it works..
really wack but its the work around i sorted for the last 6 months

i still cant t.c multiple selected pads.
in t.c. mode selected, if i select two or more pads only the one i selected in the piano roll gets time corrected.
i dont believe this is still not fixed.
its been a problem since the day one.
very simple task that i cant get it done properly. i dont believe it...

and also my mpc got crashed within 10minutes while examming the new slice feature...

honestly i dont need fancy new features... please, i wish they just make things work properly.

I can't find a way to rename sequences anymore.
Used to be, in the Sequence window, right hand side of the pads window, mouse over the running sequence name, 1 click, rename, hit enter.
If i right click it, there's no rename option in the menu as well.

In the the Project window, the bottom right window where all samples, programs and sequences are displayed, there's also no renaming option for sequences. I can rename samples and programs but no sequences.

Same applies in Song. While at it, can't seem to be able to rename the song name either.

Looks like you have to double-click to rename sequences, tracks, and songs now.

sad news for me,

Since I used mpc soft as plugin in logic, then wanted to load it stand alone, the window "your audio device has changed" stay open and doesn't respond to "cancel" nor "preferences", I can't do nothing else than reboot my macbook pro. Tried to reinstall 1.8, but always had the same problem.

I can't use my mpc anymore...

There seems to be a large amount of issues with the edit>preferences pop up box which is causing crashes making the MPC with 1,8 unusable,

The fix should be coming soon but until then maybe revert back to 1.7.2?

plug in scanner still leaves out certain plugins when scanning jbridge plugs. tho this might be a jbridge issue. i do have different experiences with jbridge ,each update, weird ones at that..I really miss the 1.6 plugin scanner

Yes, I read your other thread and couldn't reallytell what was going on in the video, but based on what you wrote I could follow what you meant somewhat. I tried it on my Ren using a song I reently created in 1.7.2 that I had added and removed tons of sequences to and from w/o issues. I went back into it under 1.8 and added more steps to bring the total to 20 steps, when I scrolled back to the top of the list on the hardware it changed the first 6 steps to be the same sequences as the last 6 steps. I'm on Os X 10.8.4 pretty rough bug there...

Also just wanted to know what windows version everybody with issues is using? Im running windows 8.1
