is it possible to note repeat only from software?

Is it possible to use note repeat only from software , I know this can be done on hardware..

Hi i tried that, that does not work..
i need note repeat on software

works fine on the the mac. you can even record it in. like you would on the hardware.


may be you want it on latch. locked on. you might need to be more specific and address what your trying to achieve.
From what i'm seeing is the Note Repeat button next to Pad 1 on the hardware.
is replicated on the computer keyboard as the N key. which works fine on the Macbook
with no Ren plugged in. just using to software on it's own.

if it's latch that you want or you want it to appear in GUI or something else that you regard as Note Repeat then you need to submit a request.

Yep, works fine for me (Mac), should work in Windows as well.

Go to the MAIN screen. Hold down the 'n' key on your computer keyboard and left mouse click on one of the on-screen pads (the 16 pads to the left of the Sequence/Track panel).

HOLD down N (mac) on your computer keyboard

(sorry i probably did not mention to HOLD the N key down whilst paying a pad with the mouse / another key. that maybe where you went wrong)
