Why should I have to take time out my schedule to make videos explaining the so-called problems I'm having with your companys updates, whats the point of the company having all those so-called bata testers and the company can't even fix bug issues?

Akai will ask the community for feedback because there's more variation in setups/circumstances under which the bugs take place. It helps them create more thorough bug fixes I imagine.

You could just leave it to the beta testers and not take time out of your schedule but then that would mean it would take even longer for your problem to get resolved.

Failing that, money talks. In future you'll know not to invest with a company like this latest incarnation of Akai.

Did you post your issues on akai's official site?

First off, Jack O'Donnell isn't here, this is not an Akai-owned web site - if you want to communicate direct to him, send an email to Akai.

This is a community of MPC owners who try to help each other out. We also have some members who offered to help out Akai with beta testing. If someone here discovers a bug, they can report it here and the beta testers will submit it direct to the Akai developers.

Some people seem to prefer to whine about unspecified bugs and then complain that those bugs were not fixed. That makes no sense. For a bug to be fixed, it first needs reporting. If you want the MPC Software to improve, start providing constructive feedback. There's no place on these forums for people who are not willing to pull together with the rest of the community - no one is interested in whiners who do nothing but complain.

I'm a whiner because I want the product I brought to operate correctly, wow, I could see if was was posting 20 different times the same post,I only posted maybe three time the max,but I can dig it, It's my error I'll admit, because I thought this site was officially affiliated with the company Akai, and MPC -TUTOR to call your site members whiners is real professional of you.

I call it how I see it - this is an end-user discussion forum, not a board of director's meeting.

People register here to get help and/or help others. We've worked together as a community for 12 years so people can make better music with their MPCs, and we work together as a community to put positive pressure on Akai to make a better product.

Complaining (in triplicate) about unspecified bugs and then refusing to give any details of your bugs isn't going to help get those bugs fixed for you or anyone else. Why not spend 5 minutes posting a bug recreation instead of spending 5 minutes ranting and complaining about nothing specific?

:hmmm:

I find this thread very funny in some way
and Tutor is right in his response.

Nevertheless, it Always make me wonder why people on this forum
who use fancy aliases/names like they own a big studio don't do shit but whine
, don't do any research, but are so called professionals .

:hmmm:

peace :smoker:
