I bought a sealed copy of Shlohmo's "Laid Out" album. The A side songs "Don't Say No" and "Out Of Hand", play back very slowly and are both way down in pitch. The singer in "Don't Say No", How To Dress Well... his voice sounds like I recorded him and tuned him down an octave or so...why does it do this?
The B-Side doesn't sound as bad, but is still playing slow and a bit de-tuned, as well.
I have all my settings on normal. It's playing on 33 speed.
I have played 3 other records so far and all 3 of these other records sound PERFECT.
Is it heard of, having a record do this? Did I just happen to get a bad copy?
(PS, I have played and recorded hundreds of songs and samples from this turntable before, the Numark USB table and I have never experienced this before)
