MPC Ren latest software upgrade

Does anyone know a link where I can find the latest software for the Ren? Also, will it screw my computer up if I install new software. It crashes at times as it is, and I've seen people post how it causes their cpu to crash.

If you want 1.8.1 you have to do check for updates from the software.
