Finally be able to select more than one sound to delete in the samples section in Main Mode. Purge is cool and all but deleting loose sounds one at a time is ridiculous and time consuming..should have been fixed ages ago

I would like to see a vst wrapper alsoin the next upgrade, so i can use some of my vsts that don't come in 64bit

I would like to see better compatiblity with the mpc 4000, loading multi, programs and tracks correctly, so you don't have to go in and do it manually, there are a lot of mpc 4000, users who got left out of the ren compatiblity

-SHIFT+ PAD = change track
-selected pad shows sample instead of midi notes on main screen
-PAD learn function: assign midi chords or midi patterns to a PAD(midi tracks only of course)
-save T.C. settings within a project. right now it resets the T.C. settings every time i load a new project
-Q-links control Track velocity % in Track Mute screen( to fade in/out tracks)
-option to set the output of a PAD to TRACK.( i know theres a workaround, making a program for each track.. but i don't see the point of using 1 program for 1 sound) OR inserts for our sub mixes.

Been working a lot in sample edit and the global mixer lately and would find these things very useful:
(1) Enlarge the text and make the text color more readable on the Db readings for the faders in the mixers. This is insanely hard to read right now and is damn near invisible - been finding it very aggravating when trying to gain stage.
(2) I'm left handed am am finding the 'Play All', 'Play Sample' pad placement that appear when the the Program tab of the sample edit screen is activated awkward to use. Would like to see another set of those pads placed on pads 10 and 14 (or 9 and 13) or better yet let us choose what pads to place those triggers on in preferences.
(3) Add a decibel field to the sample edit screen on the LCD (that resets see next request) that shows where the sample peaks when its triggered in the sample edit screen. Would be helpful when determining how much gain processing someone would need to do on a sample. Would be user to do directly from the same screen instead of having to go back to the mixers or constantly look at the computer monitor.
(4) Implement peak resets on the channel faders with configurable reset times (i.e. 1-5 secs or hold, etc...) This reset value would also apply to the decibel field added to the sample edit screen on the LCD.
(5) When the Program tab is selected in Sample Edit on the Hardware, the Program should be selected in the software as well....the fact that it doesn't do this I think is contributing to a weird scrolling bug I documented in the bug thread since the software still has the 'All samples' item selected in the software.

Chord Progression Improvement- Instead of transposing through bank a,b,c and so forth, why not utilize the banks as different combinations of chords for that existing progression. Randomization is always welcomed!
Program edit screen from Hardware-The program edit screen should resemble legacy mpc's that display asdr wave form, and as well as the layering feature ( four sounds per pad like the 1000)
Mixer screen from Hardware -This should also resemble the previous legacy mpc mixer screen. Properly displaying the levels and faders to make adjustable per pad for the user, as well as displaying outputs etc
Song mode_ changed: This can be utilize as a daw like mode where midi drag and drop can be utilized for whatever corresponding track you select. The new song mode should be displayed like a traditional logic x screen displaying midi notes in a editable box corresponding to the track.
Effects_ Midi effects or effects per pad kinda like battery 4 I.e Flam, Humanize
Legacy plugins-Adding mpc 4000 as a selection and being able to adjust the level of the effect or intensity
Adding Xpand 2 is also welcomed lol

Akai-The biggest game changer that you could ever implement is this:
Make it that I don't have to load samples into the Ren before using them. Have it possible to just search any folder on my hard drive directly from the program.

Some browser overhaul would be nice with tags a la maschine for finer search, better organization of the sounds, fx etc

I'd love to see sampling made a wee bit easier. As of now, when having sampled, I still need to use the mouse to select the text field prior to being able to enter a name for the sample. I now this is rather not possible when MPC Software isn't focussed (when I sample from a film on my laptop via Soundflower, I usually have the film focussed and MPC SW in the background, so I think that might be a problem).

When I edit a sample and rename it the renamed sample should be highlighted not the sample that's next in the list after the previously edited sample which, technically, doesn't exit anymore.
Does that make sense?
In short: A renamed sample should remain highlighted/selected in the sample edit page.

Making a option in sample edit to convert samples to a existing program. When chopping up a separate sample and you want to add an additional 1-16 chops etc. to existing program.
