If you think I'm down on it now, you should have been here 3 years ago when it came out. I thought it was a total piece of junk!

Thankfully they've got decent coders and beta testers who've helped the software grow, but at this point it's nearing end-of-life as a product and I'm more interested in what comes next rather than what they started over 3 years ago.

I'm specifically interested in seeing whether they've developed this...

Musikmesse will be all about the Advace keyboard. i really can't see any "ren2" on the horizon any time soon. and who's gonna buy it ? it would bomb. it's taken 2+ years to get the software up to standard where people are beginning to believe in what they paid out for.and alot the die-hards still think it's no good.
And people still want more, some want full daw others audio tracks, the whole sha-bang !
i'd be watching what mashine are doing if anything.
i think your pretty safe with the ren/studio or the other thing worth looking at is mashine.

There is no ren 2. That thing was just to show what a possible the entire body is of the current ren. Good choice buying it.. Just out of interest what computer did you get in the end.

I ran with the Toshiba Satellite C50D. AMD A4 Quad Core Processor, 8GB RAM, 1TB Hard Drive....they were reduced to £280.....and I got the MPC for £620.....

Its honestly mad to me how much quicker and easier everything is on this thing.....
