Sup Guys,

I had some request of people who follow me to record my beat making process, cause they would really like to see how i do it instead of just posting the beat online after im done.

I was wondering if you could help me out and tell me how to do this the best way.
This is the equipment im working with;

- MPC Renaissance (1.8.1)
- Adam F5 Monitors
- Macbook Pro (iMovie & Final Cut software available)
- Nikon D5100 (Photo camera with Full HD video recording)

I was wondering how i could get the best quality/sound for all my viewers and would love to receive some tips from you guys who have experience in this!

Cheers,
Mitch.

well the 5100 has that mic input under the little flap... i suggest using a little mic that is better than the built in one in case you plan to say stuff etc..

i would also suggest recording internally or somehow record all the sound coming from the computer digitally as well so you can have a direct sound of that instead of through the speakers, room, and mic.
