Reinstall...Do I have to reinstall all?

I had to clean (wipe) my computer and do a fresh install of Windows 7, I now need to put the MPC software back on the comp.

Do I need to install from the beginning with the disks that came with MPC (v1.0) or can I start with the v1.7?

or

Do I install v1.0 then the next install would be v1.7 and so on?
