Nah, man... my bad... just read the rules and there is always a sample pack included. So when the rules go up, just look for the download links and do it up.

I'm late but would have voted Dofosho by a very narrow margin over Saadyah.

Just missed the vote but the top 3 beats sounded dope to me. Probably would've voted Mattman so it's good that I wasn't able to create a tie at the last minute lol.

Don't worry about it mate. U made a mistake, we all do. As kapp said just enter the next battle. Will prob be up today. Download the samples we are giving and have a go.

I agree not one of the stronger weeks

Although taste plays a massive part of this. I know most of us take constructive feedback well, but sometimes it's more useful to know why people vote for the track they vote for. Not this week, but there has been one winning beat recently where I honestly couldn't see one redeeming thing about it - the beat seemed off somehow, the mixing seemed poor, just generally not good.....and yet ppl were going crazy for it.

I'm not hating - it's all down to taste at the end of the day, and maybe I'm just stuck in the 90s too much....but it is perplexing. Maybe it's because of the lower number of contributors? Over on Stones Throw they have shed loads of beats and whilst the voting system has flaws there too, generally the top beat is pretty damn good - even if it's an alien style to mine.

As I say - just an observation. Congrats to the winner (it wasn't this week I was referring to btw). Onwards and upwards...

Still waiting on fosho,s samples. Check back in a cpl hours. Matt you were running up so if I see some samples and rules in message box from u or someone else and he hasn't submitted I'll post those....

Nice work all around, I wouldve voted Saad.. amazing work homie.
Smell Funky 2nd. Drums and overall vibe was nice.
It was a close call, Kapp and Matt had a solid tracks. I was also feeling Illhacks and BUs drums and basslines.. Props to DS

Still no samples...... This is where this gets frustrating. I'm not your **** babysitter dude if your going to play in the battles get with the **** program. If you submit a beat you need to be able to follow threw with providing samples.
Don't plan on submitting any more tracks if you guys can't follow threw with the expectations of participation. When I submit a beat and on sat it starts looking like I'm close to a win I start looking for samples.

Dan or Kapp if y'all want to step up and take care of these kids. Post samples. As for any other contestant wants to send me some samples and rules, then this will become your week to do so. Till then we can all stare at vote 112. If I have to dig this afternoon I promise you won't like the rules or samples!

Format needs to be looked at. I remember someone saying before you should provide links to samples so if you win its pretty quick for the next battle, prob a good idea. I still think moving the battle dates is a good idea too

I'll have something in a couple hours unless somebody beats me to it.

I have message PK1 with a Zeppelin track for the next battle. Something I think is quite cool, I work in High Street Kensington and Jimmy Page comes in our shop alot, f****** legend. Ive never acknowledged him Ive just helped him as I would every customer but everytime, I think should this be the time I ask to shake his hand and say thankyou sir, your a f****** lengend mate
