need audio help pls

yo
i usually have my mpc plugged from its aux to mixer or just us use headphones, dont know what happened but now its just recording external and if i load pad or old programs the noise comes out the laptops speakers. any help appreciated

in mpc / preferences / audio what do you have your in/out set to?

Also look in your computer settings too.

If you are on a mac - Apple > System Prefs > Sound >
PC - I am not sure but I am assuming its in Control Panel
