TRITON TO MPC MIDI IN

ALL I WANT TO DO IS RUN MIDI OUT FROM MY TRITON TO MIDI IN ON THE MPC, (WITCH I DID WITH THE WIRES). I WANT TO PLAY MY KEYBOARD AND RECORD WHAT IM PLAYIN IN SEQEANCE MODE.

conect the midi out of the triton to the midi in on the mpc...and the in to the in..on the triton use seq function... on the mpc set the track to track one make sure the triton is on track one...on the mpc go right below the track to drum....turn the setting back untill it say midi....in the device set it to 1....hit record on the mpc and play.....every track u record u have to set it that...make sure they both are on the same channel....hope this help...
