Compiling several sequences into a single project with different main compressor settings seems to be impossible to automate. The compressor is on the project level; the sequences all share the same settings.
Bouncing tracks won't for me. My goal is to load many sequences for live performance, many of which rely on their own compressor settings.
The best option I've found so far is to send all the tracks to FX2, turn on MIDICC control for FX2, and load the compressor. Then I have to insert CCs into an empty track on each sequence to change the FX2 compressor to the desired settings.
Have you discovered any work-arounds?
