MPC2500 JJOSXL -> JJOS128XL upgrade

I am sure this is a tired question but there is much confusion over licensing...

I currently run JJOSXL on my 2500. If I purchase the large LCD upgrade, will I need to purchase a license to run the paid version of 128XL OS or does my current license cover that version as well?

The price of a password is US$98.00.
However, the price is US$49.00 when OS128XL is installed in MPC into which the password of OS-XL was entered.

Which part is so confusing??? Yes you have to pay
